Meet the Team
Megan Willard, Owner
Megan is a dedicated real estate investor and the founder of Pacific Edge Storage, where she leads acquisitions and operations. With existing investments in multifamily and self-storage, her passion for the self-storage industry has driven her focus toward owning and operating storage facilities. Before transitioning into real estate, she worked in financial services, helping startup technology companies with strategic banking solutions, venture capital, and asset-based financing. Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and children.
Cameron Barsanti, Partner
Cameron is a real estate investor, coach, and founder of Angels Crest Capital, Storage Life and Blue River Investors Group. He and his wife/co-founder Cristina del Rosario reside in New Mexico. They specialize in self-storage and their portfolio currently consists of assets in California, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas and Guam. Prior to real estate, Cameron worked in Hollywood as a television and film actor, producer, and screenwriter. With over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Cameron developed a strength for building prosperous relationships, raising capital, and encouraging those who aspire to invest in real estate. Cameron and Cristina are extremely passionate about real estate and continue their pursuit of building meaningful relationships while expanding into new markets.
